Common questions
How do I get started?
Install Estateflow, add your first property listing with specifications and pricing, add your agents to the roster, and insert the Estateflow property blocks into your theme using the Shopify Theme Editor.
How do viewing appointments work?
Potential buyers or tenants choose an available slot on the property page. The request is assigned to the listing agent, conflicts are checked automatically, and both parties receive email confirmations.
How do third-party listers submit properties?
Owners and partner brokers can sign in to the dedicated Lister Portal. Their submissions arrive in your moderation queue for approval before appearing on your storefront.
How do saved search alerts work?
Storefront visitors subscribe with double opt-in to property criteria (e.g. 2-bed apartment for sale). When a matching listing is published, subscribers receive an automated email notification.
How is the app billed?
Through Shopify. Paid plans include a 7-day free trial and can be upgraded, downgraded, or cancelled at any time.
